Phlebotomy Orientation

Please fill out the registration form for the mandatory orientation for the Phlebotomy Program. Please note orientation is on a first come, first serve basis and as soon as the required number of students is met this orientation will close and you will need to attend the following semester's orientation.

What to Expect:

• An overview of your course and program
• Guidance through the essential paperwork
• A chance to meet your peers and advisors

What to Bring:

• A notepad and pen for taking notes

Reminder: 

• Students should complete all onboarding requirements and resolve any holds in Workday, and finish any outstanding tasks prior to attending orientation
