Discover how healthy eating can fit into your busy college lifestyle! Join us to learn practical nutrition tips, meal planning strategies, and basic cooking skills that can help you eat well, save money, and build healthy habits that last long after college.
Participants will help with a cooking demo and be able to take home a meal prep container.
Participants will also be entered into a drawing.
