⚠️ Important: How the Schedule Works

To keep the sign-up process simple, the registration portal only requires you to select a single date. However, this date is just your initial meeting.

Your Weekly Commitment: By signing up for a specific date and time, you are committing to meet weekly on that exact same day and time for the duration of the program.

Example: If you register for "Monday, August 24 at 2:00 p.m.," you are officially committing to meet every Monday at 2:00 p.m. for the first six weeks of the semester.

Step-by-Step Sign-Up Guide

Review Your Ongoing Schedule: Before choosing a slot, check your class syllabus and work schedule to ensure you are consistently free at this time every week.
Select Your Start Date: Browse the available slots in the registration portal. Remember, the date listed is simply the first day your group will meet.
Register: Claim your spot by submitting your information for the day and time that works best for you.
Block Your Calendar: Immediately after signing up, create a recurring weekly event in your personal calendar so you don't forget your upcoming meetings for the first 6 weeks of the semester.

What Happens Next?

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing your group details, the meeting location, and instructions on what to expect for your first session.
